Job summary

J T in Elkridge, MD seeks an experienced Scheduler 3 to design, develop, and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules for complex defense programs. You will integrate sub-schedules into a Master Program Schedule and align with IMPs, working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications include a TS/SCI with polygraph, 12 years of scheduling experience, and a bachelor’s degree with substitutions noted. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is required.

Qualifications

• 12 years of scheduling experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining detailed schedules.
• Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience; 4 additional years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules and Master Program Schedules.
• Link project schedules with programs, portfolios, functional areas, and IMPs, tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Define schedule configuration, management, and version-control processes.
• Maintain the schedule build environment across development phases, including build scripts.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings with project leadership and teams.
• Coordinate milestones and interdependencies across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and quality.
• Advise Program Managers on resource reserves to mitigate constraints.
