Job summary

J&T Business Consulting is seeking a seasoned Scheduler 3 to support a defense and secure technology program in Elkridge, MD. The role designs, develops, and maintains detailed, resource-loaded schedules across complex systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align schedules with IMPs and the Master Program Schedule.

Qualified candidates hold active TS/SCI with Polygraph, 12 years of scheduling experience on similar contracts, and a bachelor's in a technical or business field.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 12 years of scheduling experience on programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Education substitutions allowed per policy; a Master’s or additional experience can substitute for degrees.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules.
• Link project schedules with programs, portfolios, and IMPs.
• Define and implement schedule configuration, management, and version-control processes.
• Maintain the schedule build environment across deployment phases and develop build scripts.
• Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings with project leadership.
• Coordinate cross-walks of milestones and dependencies across functions.
• Provide strategic recommendations on resource allocations to mitigate constraints.
