Ctrl+ LLC in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a requirements analyst to elicit, document, and manage IT requirements for DoD missions. All roles are on-site with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required; the firm does not sponsor new clearances.

You will elicit IT requirements from customers, document them in ticketing templates, review for clarity, and prepare formal reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance and clear technical documentation.
