Job summary

HRUCKUS is seeking a Quality Assurance Process Advisor for a full-time assignment in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on developing, auditing, and improving quality processes within high-security, mission-focused programs.

The ideal candidate has TS SCI clearance, 5–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combinations), and solid knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma. Government or IC program experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Current TS SCI clearance.
• 5–8 years of experience with a BS/BA, or 3–5 years with an MS/MA, or 0–2 years with a PhD in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Prior experience supporting government or intelligence community programs.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and audit quality processes in technical or mission-focused programs.
• Track team projects and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans.
• Provide excellent communication, documentation, and advisory services regarding quality frameworks.
• Work effectively and adaptably in high-security, fast-paced environments.
