Job summary

Abile Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Process Advisor to support a DoD Classified Network Services program. Responsibilities include quality assurance, process management, documentation, and advisory services in a high-security, fast-paced environment.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and 5–8 years with a BS/BA, or 3–5 years with an MS/MA, or 0–2 years with a PhD. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI.
• BS/BA with 5–8 years, MS/MA with 3–5 years, or PhD with 0–2 years.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
• Prior experience supporting government or intelligence community programs.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or related disciplines.
• Develop, improve, and audit quality processes in technical or mission-focused programs.
• Apply knowledge of quality frameworks (ISO 9001, CMMI, Lean/Six Sigma).
• Communicate, document, and advise effectively in high-security environments.
• Track team projects and the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
