Job summary

HRUCKUS is seeking a Quality Assurance Process Advisor for a full-time assignment in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on developing, improving, and auditing quality processes within high-security environments.

You will oversee QA surveillance plans, track projects, and provide expert advisory services. Active TS SCI clearance and experience with ISO 9001, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS SCI clearance.
• 5–8 years of experience with a BS/BA, or 3–5 years with an MS/MA, or 0–2 years with a PhD in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Prior experience supporting government or intelligence community programs.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
• Demonstrated experience developing, improving, and auditing quality processes in technical or mission-focused programs.
