Job summary

Abile Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Process Advisor to support a DoD customer's Classified Network Services. The role spans operations, compliance, cyber security, customer service, and engineering responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years with a BS/BA or 3–5 with an MS/MA or 0–2 with a PhD, TS/SCI clearance, and Lean Six Sigma certification. You will thrive in high-security, fast-paced environments and contribute to QA surveillance and project tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or related disciplines.
• Auditing and improving quality processes in technical or mission-focused programs.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, CMMI, Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and advisory skills.
• Ability to operate in high-security, fast-paced environments.
• Track team projects and QA surveillance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Experience in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or related disciplines.
• Develop, improve, and audit quality processes in technical programs.
• Apply ISO 9001, CMMI, Lean/Six Sigma frameworks to projects.
• Communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and advise leadership.
