Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or Active Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3-5 years of relevant project planning/management experience or equivalent
• PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred
• 3+ years of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) experience
• Experience managing technical or engineering projects in a government contracting environment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to introduce/adapt these practices
• Experience with project management tools such as GitLab, MS Planner, or MS Project
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• Ability to work effectively with highly technical and cross-functional teams
• Experience developing and managing: technical reports, client presentations, status reports, risk docs, requirements traceability and lessons learned

Responsibilities

• Oversee R&D projects spanning multiple technical disciplines
• Lead cross-functional teams distributed across multiple labs from conception to delivery
• Establish and refine project management processes while working hands-on with state-of-the-art technologies
• Guide projects through lifecycle ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
• Develop and maintain IMS-based schedules, risk logs and status reports
• Communicate with stakeholders and management to align on scope, risks and priorities
• Ensure compliance with government requirements and contracting norms
