Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team on a high-value national defense mission. You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and government personnel to ensure successful delivery and risk management, while maintaining a strong mission focus.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and on-site work in Herndon, VA, with opportunities to shape innovative analytical capabilities and support Joint Force survivability.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance and CI poly.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience supporting DoD/IC.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• On-site work in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities

• Manage project operations to meet production schedules and align customer relationships.
• Oversee cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation including forecasts, invoices, EACs, and MSRs.
• Supervise staff and support professional development and career growth.
• Provide oversight of subcontractor companies and their staff.
• Gather customer requirements for additional staff, vendor support, or travel.
• Deliver strong project/financial performance by meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and realize new business opportunities within and outside the task order.
