Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking a Project Manager with current TS/SCI w/ Poly to support our Network Solutions Division in Northern Virginia. Responsibilities include leading projects, resolving issues, tracking status, and collaborating with teams to meet goals. Strong communication and leadership are required to manage diverse stakeholders.

The role may involve local travel and shifts within a coverage window; PMP/Scrum Master certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum education and experience as listed: high school diploma with 6+ years, associate’s with 4+ years, or bachelor’s with 2+ years.
Direct knowledge of customer operational environment, ticketing systems, and voice/video infrastructure.
Experience managing projects in a Working Capital Fund (WCF) environment.
Ability to lead diverse teams and maintain relationships with customers and contractors.
Clear ability to discuss project statuses and provide practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Apply expertise and leadership to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
Analyze possible solutions and resolve straightforward problems using experience and precedents.
Ensure projects follow plans and update status on equipment, resources, schedules, and risks.
Collaborate with PMs and schedulers to resolve schedule conflicts and resource constraints.
Support customer KPIs as required by the program.
Provide local travel support between customer sites as needed.
Work shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; shift may flex.
