Job summary

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a Facilities and Life Support Contract, based in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The role requires coordinating projects, providing administrative and systems integration support on CONUS and OCONUS locations.

This position is contingent upon contract award and may require travel to overseas sites on short notice; candidates must hold TS/SCI with polygraph and have strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 5+ years of experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to perform varied clerical and administrative duties requiring knowledge of office routines and work management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and provide general systems integration support.
• Review and maintain project documentation and deliverables for the customer.
• Edit documentation and provide work management support in service order dispatching.
• Coordinate reporting and work order activity across sites.
