Job summary

QualX Corporation in Washington, DC seeks a Program Manager to lead a complex, government-facing program. You will manage performance, cost, and schedule, interface with government stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet the PWS and reporting requirements.

A Bachelor’s degree is required; MS and PMP are preferred, and TS/SCI clearance is required. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, generate CPR/WAR-style reports, and maintain program schedules, with on-site engagement in the DC area.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Mathematics, CS, IS, or Engineering; MS preferred; PMP preferred.
• Active TS/SCI with clearable status; U.S. citizenship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance, cost, and schedule of the program.
• Organize, plan, and direct all program activities.
• Prepare and review deliverables and ensure conformance with standards and schedules.
• Manage day-to-day activities and supervise assigned personnel.
• Develop and maintain performance/status reports and communicate with stakeholders.
