You will oversee budgets, resources, and risk management, ensuring alignment with security standards and customer requirements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years as the primary program contact for technical, cost, and schedule performance.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and personnel for a program.
• Experience planning coordinating hardware/software installations and IT networks.
• Proven ability to document artifacts and manage change control.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable program plans with KPIs and stakeholders.
• Manage lifecycle of multiple technical programs across divisions and projects.
• Oversee enterprise-level resource and budget allocation.
• Identify risks and issues; implement timely mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with executive leadership, engineering teams, and external partners.
• Develop and improve program management processes and governance.
