Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Systems Administrator with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join a top project in Laurel, MD. The role involves hands-on management of MIM architecture, Windows Server infrastructure, and identity governance to ensure secure, scalable access control.

Responsibilities include patching OS and databases, implementing MIM workflows, and providing Tier 2-3 support for synchronization and access issues. Strong PowerShell and SQL skills are essential, with C#/.NET experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is required.
• Experience with MIM architecture and operations (MIM Synchronization Service, Metaverse design, Connector Spaces, Mas, MIM Portal, sync rules).
• Experience patching OS, system upgrades, and database/app patching.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2-3 support to investigate and resolve synchronization failures and user access issues.
• Configure, implement, and maintain MIMWFAL/Workflow activities in MIM.
• Audit, sync, and clean identity data across data tables for data integrity and flow.
• Implement and manage RBAC across systems.
