Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Software Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join one of our top projects in Annapolis, MD. The software engineer will develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems—ranging from processing analytics to real-time data handling—based on documented requirements.

Work solo or in teams to review and test components, resolve issues, and apply design methodologies. Candidate will contribute to hardware/software trade-offs, COTS/GOTS usage, and requirements synthesis

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is required.
• Twelve (12) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
• Very skilled in Java, Spring Boot, Mongo, Kafka, JMS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD Experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based upon documented requirements.
• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
• Resolve software problem reports and provide input on system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and reuse of COTS/GOTS.
