Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Software Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join one of our top programs in Chantilly, VA. The role emphasizes systems administration, cloud services, data transformation, and software testing practices.

You will collaborate across teams to translate mission needs into technical requirements and develop testing harnesses. Ideal candidates have deep Linux experience, Python proficiency, and hands-on work with AWS CDK, Lambda, S3, EC2, and related services, along with

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Experience in Systems Administration.
Experience integrating AWS services (Lambda, S3, Batch, EC2, EventBridge, SNS, SQS, IAM, DynamoDB) and container services.
Demonstrated ability to translate mission needs into technical requirements.
Proven ability to document and communicate technical and non-technical requirements.
Experience collaborating with cross-team stakeholders.
Experience with Python.
Experience installing Linux from scratch and writing Unix shell scripts.
Experience using AWS CDK (not CloudFormation/Terraform substitutes).
Experience transforming data formats (JSON/CSV/XML).
Experience analyzing unknown software code to extract behavior.
Ability to develop a software test harness or implement continuous testing.
