Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Platform Access & Account Management Specialist to support onboarding, offboarding, and entitlement changes across enterprise platforms. You will manage platform roles and approvals, provide Tier 2 support for access issues, and escalate complex problems to engineering teams while ensuring policy-compliant provisioning.

The role emphasizes platform-level access administration rather than direct control of cloud accounts, with close collaboration with platform and application

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise account management, IAM support, service desk, platform support, or related technical support.
• 3+ years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience administering or supporting RBAC (role- and group-based access controls).
• Experience with structured access-management, approval, and ticketing workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-support skills with ability to resolve access issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process user onboarding, offboarding, role-change, and organizational membership requests per procedures.
• Manage platform roles, groups, and entitlements using defined access-management workflows.
• Provide Tier 2 support for access issues across enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate privileged-access and elevated-role requests with approvals and authorizations.
• Validate user, organizational, role, and entitlement information for accurate provisioning.
• Gather troubleshooting information and escalate federation, automation, policy, or platform defects to engineering teams.
• Partner with platform and application teams to resolve recurring access issues.
