Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to sustain a cloud-based microservice platform delivering security solutions across government enclaves. You will collaborate with cross-agency stakeholders to design, develop, and support enterprise capabilities for national security missions in a team environment, with no on-call for the operations group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (Security+ or higher).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, deploy, secure, and sustain a cloud-based microservice software solution.
• Support design, development, testing, and sustainment of software products.
• Contribute to architecture reviews and shape timelines and scope.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support customers across missions.
• Collaborate to refine software and system updates.
