Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our Federal Solutions team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will support mission-critical requirements for the Army, coordinating events, preparing reports, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree and 3 years professional experience in operations support.
• TS/SCI is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of organizational events, meetings, and project milestones.
• Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for ongoing projects and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership and contribute to special projects as needed.
