Job summary

Envision Innovative Solutions, located near Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is seeking an Operations Specialist Journeyman for an onsite role. You will coordinate events, manage timelines and logistics, and support security and administrative functions for government and commercial clients.

The position requires at least an associate degree or technical training and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, plus an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years technical school in a related discipline; 8 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Tracking special duty and ad hoc actions.
• Planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Developing and managing event timelines, logistics, and associated event costs.
• Supporting coordination of venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, transportation, security, and onsite support.
• Preparing event materials, attendee communications, and post-event summaries.
• Tracking and managing internal communications and workflow using SharePoint or other designated systems.
• Verifying security clearances, providing security access badging, providing SMO code via DISS, and coordinating escort duties.
• Participating in recurring meetings and preparing quarterly/annual reports.
• Attending IPTs and coordination meetings, scheduling visits, arranging transportation, and providing briefing materials.
• Safeguarding and delivering Government material and coordinating meetings.
• Preparing meeting minutes and developing training materials for professional development.
