Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our Federal Solutions team, supporting DoD and US Army programs across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood. You will lead multi-year efforts, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver critical missions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in program management, PMP certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance, with a proven track record of leadership and stakeholder engagement in government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• PMP certification required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in the overall planning, execution, and management of complex, multi-year programs and projects.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve program objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, and implement process improvements to enhance program performance.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, including government customers and subcontractors.
• Serve as acting Program Manager in their absence.
