Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve system/operational incidents
- Analyze system performance and take corrective actions as needed
- Assist Tier 2 with resolving complex system and end user problems
- Manage, configure, and automate OpenShift environments to support scalable application development and deployment
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications within OpenShift and integrate CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor, optimize, and scale OpenShift clusters for performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain documentation related to configurations and processes
- Occasional after-hours work to support maintenance and incidents
- Security+ certification awareness and coordination
