Metric5 is seeking an Onsite DevOps Engineer in St. Louis, MO to maintain and deploy updates to a web-based knowledge repository built on AWS Cloud and OpenShift.
You will work with O&M and Development teams, product managers, designers, and clients to deliver secure, high-quality software, requiring strong collaboration and rapid learning. The role emphasizes OpenShift administration, cloud platform experience (AWS), and CI/CD implementation, with after-hours support and a focus on reliability
Qualifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve system/operational incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis for operational incidents.
- Analyze system performance and take corrective actions.
- Assist Tier 2 with complex problems.
- Manage, configure, and automate OpenShift environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications in OpenShift.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure deployments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of OpenShift clusters.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations.
