Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Aurora, CO is seeking a Network Engineer at Level 2 or 3 to support the design, testing and deployment of WAN/LAN networks, including switches, routers, and firewalls, with security measures for a classified environment.

The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance, Cisco/Juniper hardware experience, and a degree in a related field; relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of Network Engineering experience; Master's with 0 years; Associate's with 4 years; or HS diploma with 6 years of experience.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with adjudicated CI or Full Scope Polygraph at time of application.
Active/Current Security+ or 8570 certification.
Experience with Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Cabling, and Hardware configuration/installation using CISCO and/or Juniper equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide design specifications, testing and inspections for computer networks; plan and implement upgrades.
Analyze and organize hardware/software solutions through network modeling.
Deploy and maintain WAN/LAN, monitoring, and security measures for network availability.
