Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Network Engineer at Levels 2/3 for the Aurora, CO area. You will support WAN/LAN design, upgrades, testing, and network modeling for secure data communications.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI or Full Scope Polygraph and 8570 certification. Responsibilities include configuring network hardware, security, and troubleshooting across CISCO/Juniper platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in Network Engineering; Master’s with 0; Associate’s with 4; or HS diploma with 6 years experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI or Full Scope Polygraph at time of application.
• Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent 8570 certification.
• Experience with Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Cabling, and Hardware with CISCO/Juniper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide WAN/LAN development and maintenance engineering.
• Install, design, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network hardware/software for availability.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures with team.
• Support projects connecting networks and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop methodologies for network analysis, installation and support.
