Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Logistics/Transportation Analyst to support our client with independent technical analysis at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), DC. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and U.S.

citizenship. The candidate will perform network development analysis, assess network structures, and provide actionable insights to support intelligence planning and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience with network development analysis or HUMINT/SIGINT targeting in IC/Combatant Command environments.
• Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
• Experience working with SIGINT or HUMINT and using high-side tools and databases, including Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, and VOLTRON.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Performs independent technical analysis, applying experience with the characterization of complex target networks and conducts exploitation of networks.
• Provides assessments on structures, dynamics, and functions of networks from small groups to global levels to inform collection.
• Performs research and analysis to enable organizations to inform strategic decisions and planning.
• Drives intelligence operations through collection support and optimizes the intelligence enterprise.
