Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Logistics/Transportation Analyst to support our client with independent technical analysis at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), DC. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and U.S.

citizenship. The candidate will perform network development analysis, assess network structures, and provide actionable insights to support intelligence planning and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience with network development analysis or HUMINT/SIGINT targeting in IC/Combatant Command environments.
• Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
• Experience working with SIGINT or HUMINT and using high-side tools and databases, including Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, and VOLTRON.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients at various levels.

Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Logistics/Transportation Analyst to support our client with independent technical analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Performs independent technical analysis, applying experience with the characterization of complex target networks and conducts exploitation of networks.
• Provides assessments on the structures, dynamics, and functions of networks at the small group to global levels, offering operational and strategic insights that can answer intelligence questions and direct collection efforts to close intelligence gaps.
• Performs research and analysis that enable organizations to inform strategic decisions, supports operations and planning through network and target development.
• Drives intelligence operations through collection support and optimizes the intelligence enterprise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree
• Experience with network development analysis or HUMINT/SIGINT targeting within the IC or Combatant Command environments
• Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis
• Experience working with SIGINT or HUMINT, and using high-side tools and databases, including Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, and VOLTRON
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients, including tactical to strategic levels such as actionable leads
• Ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Intelligence Analysis or International Relations
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
• Experience analyzing issues

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Normal office environment.

• Less than 5%.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 to $110,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems’ total compensation package for employees.
