Job summary

DCCA, a veteran-owned high-technology company in Virginia, seeks an AI/ML Engineer with active TS/SCI w/Poly to deploy and operationalize ML models in AWS GovCloud. You will architect ML pipelines, integrate NLP and deep learning into production systems, and optimize models for real-time performance.

Candidates should have 5+ years of software engineering and expert Python; familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS SageMaker is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a primary focus on deploying and operationalizing AI/ML models.
• Strong proficiency in Python; capable in Java, C++, or Go.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker and building automated MLOps pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Responsibilities

• Model Deployment & MLOps: Architect, implement, and manage scalable MLOps pipelines for CI/CD/CT of ML models within AWS GovCloud.
• AI/ML Integration: Integrate predictive models, NLP algorithms, and deep learning into production microservices.
• Algorithm Optimization: Optimize ML models for performance, latency, and real-time data processing.
• Cybersecurity & Defensive AI: Apply ML to cybersecurity with threat detection and defensive ops.
• Edge AI & System Sustainment: Design lightweight AI models for Edge AI near data sources.
• Infrastructure Management: Use cloud-native AI services and containers to scale AI infra.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure AI/ML implementations comply with RMF, NIST 800-53, etc.
