Job summary

The role requires cross-functional collaboration across Material Management, Quality, Engineering, and Construction teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or global equivalent; four-year degree as baseline.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors.
• Experience or knowledge in material management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage material orders with oversight from Material Management.
• Monitor and report supplier performance toward completion of all deliverables.
• Collaborate across Material Management, SQS/Quality, Engineering, PDDM and Construction.
• Generate documents, organize and manage files, and maintain tracking data and reports.
• Perform timely delivery of material to support construction or other activities.
• Conduct bid clarifications and supplier meetings.
