Job summary

Insight Global in the United States is seeking a senior logistics and DoD program specialist to help stand up software depot activation and sustainment planning. You will coordinate across teams and manage schedules to ensure long-term maintenance and readiness.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, DoD acquisition experience, and strong logistics planning skills to deliver results while keeping leadership informed.

Qualifications

• Depot activation experience, ideally with software.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition (DoDI 5000).
• Understanding of logistics and sustainment planning.
• Experience working in a DoD/depot environment.
• Ability to coordinate across teams (engineering, logistics).
• Experience with all 12 IPS elements.
• Background in ILS or logistics analysis.
• Air Force or large DoD program experience.
• Experience supporting maintenance, supply chain, or sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Help stand up and support software depot activation.
• Make sure systems are set up to be maintained and sustained long-term.
• Build and update logistics and sustainment plans.
• Work with different teams to solve support issues.
• Track progress, risks, and keep things on schedule.
• Provide updates to leadership.
