Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Logistics Sustainment Analyst to support DoD logistics, sustainment, and data management efforts. You will analyze maintenance and supply chain data, identify risks and trends, and provide recommendations to leadership to enhance system readiness across complex systems.

You will work with senior stakeholders, apply analytical methods to sustainment challenges, and contribute to IPS and PS-BCA related processes while advancing data governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior-level logistics, sustainment, product support, or ILS experience.
• 5+ years supporting DoD sustainment and operations activities.
• Experience analyzing maintenance, readiness, or supply chain data.
• Strong database and data analysis skills.
• Experience applying analytical methods and techniques to solve sustainment challenges.
• Experience with DoD acquisition and sustainment processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.
• Understanding of sustainment across the full product support lifecycle, not solely engineering or manufacturing functions LCSP or PS-BCA experience.
• Weapon system sustainment experience.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000 processes.
• Digital engineering or data governance experience.
• Forecasting, predictive analytics, or data mining experience.
• Familiarity with Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements and system-of-systems sustainment planning.
