Job summary

You will image, configure, and deploy desktops, troubleshoot hardware, manage OS and encryption, and ensure security controls are in place. The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI with polygraph, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least five years in a technical role, plus Security+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years in a technical role.
• Proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell hardware.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Current Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy physical and virtual desktops; troubleshoot hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user applications and certificates.
• Restore and migrate data; manage permissions and file access.
• Document work in trouble tickets and maintain SLAs.
• Patch ports, manage network switches, and support VOIP systems.
• Support both unclassified and classified systems.
