Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced information security professional to support DoD programs. Candidates must hold TS/SCI with an active polygraph and be a U.S.

citizen, with extensive experience in ISSE/ISSO, RMF, and defense-in-depth security architecture. The role covers network and software security engineering, risk assessments, SSP maintenance, and enforcing security policies across complex systems.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph is required.
• Experience as an ISSO/ISSE with defense-in-depth security.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 and RMF procedures.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher.
• Experience maintaining SSPs and security documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform security evaluations of software systems to meet requirements.
• Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce security policies.
• Manage day-to-day security operations for large information systems.
• Prepare documentation and support accreditation activities.
