Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking a senior ISSE for a federal contract in Maryland with a TS/SCI clearance. The role focuses on RMF, vulnerability testing, and secure configurations across multiple systems. The candidate must be a US citizen with twelve years of ISSE experience on large programs.

DoD 8570 IASAE Level 2/3 compliance and CISSP/ISSEP are preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced environment are

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Twelve (12) years of experience as an ISSE on a large technical program.
• Solid understanding of security practices and policies; hands-on vulnerability testing with customer tools.
• Experience applying Risk Management Framework.
• Experience formulating and assessing IT security policy.
• Knowledge of Nessus, NMAP, Wireshark, security tools, encryption techniques/tools, and web services.
• Experience with secure configurations of desktop and server OSes.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and configurations; strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
