Job summary

Strategic Business Systems (SBS) is seeking an experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead cybersecurity, RMF, and authorization activities for AWS-based federal workloads. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and strong leadership across security, engineering, and program teams.

You will oversee ATO packages, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and security control implementation in DoD/IC environments, partnering with customers and AWS professionals to

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
7+ years in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or related field.
3+ years supporting RMF and NIST SP 800-53 in DoD/IC or Federal environments.
Experience as ISSM, senior ISSO, ISSE, or cybersecurity lead.
Experience managing or overseeing AWS cloud security environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary ISSM for assigned information systems and AWS environments.
Lead RMF lifecycle, ATO strategies, and authorization artifacts.
Develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring docs.
Coordinate with customer security leadership, ISSOs, ISSEs, and engineers.
Promote security controls automation and evidence collection.
