Job summary

E-Space is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to oversee cybersecurity posture for TS-level classified IS, including SCI systems where applicable, under NISPOM and DCSA guidelines.

The ISSM will lead RMF/A&A activities, coordinate with government customers, and manage continuous monitoring, incident response, and policy enforcement to protect critical DoD information systems.

Qualifications

• Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility or obtainable within 6 months.
• Minimum 10 years in information systems security in DoD/intel classified environments; 5+ years in ISSM/ISSO roles.
• Experience supporting DCSA-adjudicated programs under NISPOM/DAAPM; RMF lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&A/RMF processes for classified IS compliance; prepare SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, ATO packages.
• Coordinate with DCSA and govt customers during assessments, inspections, audits.
• Manage continuous monitoring, incident response, and remediation coordination with FSO and leadership.
