Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control and Procurement Specialist to support the NCIS Cyber Directorate at Quantico. You will maintain DPAS records, manage shipments and receipts, and handle procurement in a secured environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, DoD policy knowledge, and the ability to operate in a classified setting. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 12-month base contract and potential option periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience with the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or other inventory tracking systems.
• Demonstrated experience receiving and shipping hardware.
• Experience disposing of equipment according to DRMO/DLA guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of Code 20 DPAS accountable property.
• Track and manage Code 20 equipment not in DPAS using ServiceNow or NCIS systems.
• Receive, label, package, ship, and track Code 20-purchased equipment.
• Complete DD1149 and DD1150 forms as required by NCIS policy.
• Perform disposal of outdated or unnecessary equipment per Navy disposal process.
• Conduct on-site, annual inventory of Code 20 accountable property when required.
• Submit Monthly Discrepancy Report listing inventory without signed DD1150.
• Collect and distribute incoming mail; package and ship outgoing mail.
