Job summary

Alliance Global Group LLC is seeking an experienced Inventory Control and Procurement Specialist to support inventory control, accountable property management, procurement support, shipping and receiving, and equipment disposal activities in Quantico, Virginia. The position is contingent upon award.

The Specialist will maintain accurate property records, support equipment accountability using DPAS, ServiceNow, or another designated system, coordinate equipment movement and documentation, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or five years of equivalent work experience.
Experience with DPAS or a comparable inventory system.
Experience receiving, shipping hardware, and DRMO/DLA disposal.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory using DPAS or ServiceNow.
Receive, label, package, ship, and track purchased equipment; complete DD1149s and DD1150s as required by policy.
Dispose of outdated or unnecessary equipment per DRMO/DLA guidelines.
Conduct on-site annual physical inventory as required.
Submit a Monthly Discrepancy Report with follow-up actions.
Collect and distribute incoming mail; label and ship outgoing mail.
Order and receive office supplies from the SIP.
