Job summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks an Intelligence Targeting Analyst (Intelligence Analyst 3-5) to support USSOCOM. Responsibilities include targeting product development, data maintenance in JTT, MIDB, and FalconView, and synchronization with planners and commanders.

The role requires deep knowledge of Joint Targeting processes, SOF targeting methodologies, and use of Palantir Gotham and other all-source tools. TS/SCI clearance preferred and SOCOM mission experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Level 3–5 experience with targeting concepts and DoD/IC operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic to advanced target development supporting SOF plans and objectives.
• Apply targeting methodologies (F3EAD, CARVER, Joint Targeting Cycle).
• Develop targets using multi-INT fusion and structured analytic techniques.
• Produce target nominations and maintain databases in JTT, MIDB, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with commands, national agencies, and IC partners for accuracy and compliance.
