Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Mission Technologies is seeking an Intelligence Targeting Analyst (Intelligence Analyst 3-5) to provide advanced analytical support to U.S. Special Operations Command.

This role covers full-spectrum targeting, including target development, multi-INT fusion, and direct support to SOF operational planning. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Joint Targeting processes and SOF methodologies, with proficiency in tools like JTT, MIDB, Palantir Gotham, and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience conducting analysis in military or government operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong briefing, writing, and communication skills for senior leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic to advanced target development supporting SOF plans and objectives.
• Develop targeting products and update databases across tools.
• Coordinate target vetting with combatant commands and IC partners.
• Produce white papers, briefings and targeting products for senior leadership.
• Use SOF targeting methodologies such as JTC, CARVER, and multi‑INT analysis.
• Manage targeting lists (CTL, NSL, RTL, JTL) per SOF priorities.
