Job summary

Invictus International is seeking a HUMINT Targeting Specialist in Washington, DC with TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph eligibility. You will provide all-source HUMINT targeting support and develop in-depth analyses to inform operational planning and target knowledge.

The role requires leveraging diverse intelligence databases and tools, producing Targeting Packages, and collaborating across the intelligence community to identify critical network nodes and support field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with eight years of hands-on experience.
• Prior HUMINT operational background supporting full-spectrum operations.
• Experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF.
• Experience in Strategic Foreign Intelligence Collection against hard targets.
• Certifications: FHTC, TNPC or OHTC (Title 50 equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Use client systems to receive requests and track status.
• Conduct analysis using TAC, TIDE, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING and Palantir.

Job description

Title: HUMINT Targeting Specialist

Location: Washington, DC

Clearance: TS/SCI, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against assigned targets,
• Develop in-depth analysis of the topics in support of operational planning and target knowledge, ensuring its analytical/targeting efforts are aligned with valid HUMINT requirements
• Focus analytical efforts to identify, assist or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning
• Employ an array of analytical methodologies, leveraged against targeting requirements to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic
• Leverage the multi-intelligence community to support their targeting efforts
• Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection activities utilizing unique HUMINT Targeting methodologies
• Produce various Targeting Packages (TP)
• Utilize client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status
• Conduct analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including TAC, TIDE, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, Palantir and other investigative databases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with eight (8) years of hands-on experience
• Prior HUMINT operational background, directly supporting and/or conducting full-spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO)
• Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF
• Previous support to Strategic Foreign Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues
• Certification from the any of the courses below (or their Title 50 equivalent):
• Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)
• Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC)
• Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
