Job summary

CACl International Inc. is seeking a Senior SOF Targeting Analyst to provide all-source intelligence from tactical to strategic levels in support of SOCCENT, JIIM partners, and the SOFETOPS enterprise. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, poly eligibility, and extensive targeting experience.

You will coordinate requirements across DoD and interagency partners, integrate metadata/PAI into products, and contribute to a counter-threat data repository to inform senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
• Willingness to take a Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ experience.
• 6+ years in targeting and intelligence analysis for Joint/SOF.
• Knowledge of databases used in the F3EAD cycle and in developing intelligence products.
• Minimum of 3 years in intelligence coordination roles within a tactical or operational command.
• Alternate: bachelor’s with three years or associate with five years experience.
• Experience mentoring or instructing intelligence analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides all-source analysis of HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, cyber, and CAI for identifying, targeting, and exploiting threats within the SOCCENT AOR.
• Provides senior-level intelligence analysis expertise to support multi-disciplinary fusion activities and the SOFETOPS mission.
• Performs tools-based data management and supports integration across the enterprise.
• Conducts ongoing requirements analysis of theater-specific operations.
• Collaborates with DoD and interagency partners for flexible, real-time solutions to threats.
• Curates and supports development of a counter-threat data repository.
• Identifies trends in threat development to anticipate capabilities and reduce costs.
