Job summary

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. seeks an Intelligence Program Manager to support DoD operations in El Paso, TX. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and work is CONUS, full-time.

The candidate will lead operational planning, integrate intelligence with fires and effects, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure mission success across dispersed sites. This position offers challenging responsibilities and potential for growth in a high-tempo environment.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification required.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university OR 15+ years of experience in BOTH Program Management and intelligence.
• At least ten (10) years of relevant program manager experience.
• Demonstrated capability to lead project development from inception to deployment and manage multi-contracts.
• Experience with intelligence oversight.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Government CO, COR, PM, and customer representatives.
• Formulate and enforce work standards, assign schedules, review discrepancies, and communicate goals.
• Manage the contractor support team across all mission program elements.
• Provide monthly contract status reports to Government personnel.
• Interface with CNSP staff on contract or TO performance.
• Coordinate program review meetings, arrange facilities, develop agendas, publish results.
• Oversee knowledge management processes.
