Job summary

Assertive Professionals is seeking an Information Security Manager to support our National Security customer in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on security monitoring, log analysis, patch management, and coordination of VTCs. TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570 experience are required.

The position offers a salary of $135,000 with a $2,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, life, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570-compliant credentials.
• 6+ years of relevant information security experience.
• Security+ certification is required; DoD systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system logs and imaging systems.
• Perform patch management to maintain security and performance.
• Set up equipment and coordinate video teleconferences (VTCs).
• Coordinate and support fiber and network cabling as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity.
