You will work with SMEs to capture training needs, design interactive courses, and apply ADDIE to deliver engaging material for classroom, web-based, or remote delivery.

Expect to evaluate training using Kirkpatrick or similar methodologies, iterate based on feedback, and stay current with multimedia tools like Articulate 360 or Storyline.

Qualifications

• Experience creating high-quality, interactive, and effective learning solutions for classroom, web-based, or webinar delivery.
• Experience assessing training needs.
• Experience addressing feedback on course materials.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to identify training needs and map to learning objectives.
• Design synchronous and asynchronous material for classroom or online delivery.
• Develop engaging training using multimedia technologies (blended learning, screencasting, gamification).
• Apply ADDIE model to build training and iterate based on feedback.
• Evaluate results using Kirkpatrick or similar methodologies.
