Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with learning theory and instructional technologies
• 1+ years of experience with DOD or IC
• Experience with eLearning technologies
• Experience in authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge or performance tests
• Experience with conducting computer-based training, including building curriculum and reference materials
• Experience with integrating training into Learning Management Systems
• Experience facilitating or instructing material
• Experience with competency frameworks
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Capture customer training needs with SMEs and advise learning solutions
• Design engaging training materials and performance support tools
• Create curriculum with developers and SMEs following ADDIE
• Apply multimedia strategies including blended learning
• Meet with SMEs to discuss materials and incorporate feedback
• Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Model and refine
