CACI is seeking an Information Security professional to support hardware, network, and systems across sites nationwide via remote technical expertise. The role covers hands-on desktop deployment, OS management, VOIP setup, and cross-functional collaboration on enterprise initiatives, with responsibilities spanning unclassified and classified environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years IT support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell/HP hardware.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Desired: Prior experience with Cisco network equipment.

Responsabilités

• Technical Systems & Hardware Support: Image, configure, and deploy physical desktops; troubleshoot hardware.
• Network Support: Patch ports, trace lines, install and harden Cisco switches.
• Telecommunications: Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail; resolve related issues.
• User Support & Site Planning: Plan moves, dispose obsolete assets; ensure network connectivity during transitions.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with IT teams on enterprise initiatives; support both unclassified and classified systems.
