CACI International Inc. seeks an experienced Mission Systems Engineer to support sponsor engineering and a niche network spanning Linux and Windows environments.

You will install, debug, maintain, and upgrade systems, while providing proactive support with minimal supervision within a small expert team. The role focuses on cyber operations, collaboration with mission partners, and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline OR equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years supporting mission networks.
• Minimum of 7+ years of current Windows administration (Active Directory) and group policy security configurations.
• Experience troubleshooting domain connectivity and performance.
• Experience with SolarWinds Orion networking tools.
• Significant experience with PowerShell, Ansible or Terraform/Packer for automation and scripted deployment.
• WSUS knowledge and hands-on in disconnected enclave environments.
• Significant VMware experience (vSphere/VSAN/Horizon View).
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a small team and mission partners.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer requirements and provide solutions to technical problems of varying complexity.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades of Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11 environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Develop automation and configuration management with PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform/Packer.
• Design and implement domain policies, hardening, and related infrastructure procedures.
• Ensure performance, availability, access controls, and installation/maintenance of Windows technologies.
• Perform Tier III analysis and troubleshooting of servers, workstations, and network connectivity.
• Maintain knowledge and documentation of relevant technologies.
• Provide end-user support and issue resolution from Tier I escalation.
• Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization.
