Job summary

Leidos in Reston, Virginia is seeking an experienced ICS/SCADA & Critical Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on understanding facility systems and interoperability of ICS and BMS.

The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI Polygraph clearance, a STEM degree, and 6–8+ years in industrial control or building management systems. You will analyze facilities, develop formal deliverables, and brief senior government officials.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI polygraph clearance and US citizenship.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 6+ years.
5+ years of experience with industrial control systems and/or complex building management systems.
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior government officials.

Responsibilities

Characterize facilities using tradecraft and engineering expertise.
Provide engineering insight throughout characterization to produce intelligence assessments.
Develop formal products and deliverables meeting customer requirements.
Support development of innovative approaches to solve complex engineering challenges.
Brief senior officials on capability trends, findings, and analytical assessments.
