Leidos is seeking an ICS/SCADA & Critical Infrastructure Engineer in Reston, Virginia. The role focuses on understanding industrial control systems and building management systems in government and contractor environments.

The candidate will join an interdisciplinary team performing strategic facility analysis in a fast-paced SCIF setting, delivering thorough, high-quality work and clear briefings to senior officials.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience with industrial control systems and/or complex building management systems.
• Strong communication skills for briefings with senior officials.

Responsibilities

• Characterize facilities using tradecraft and engineering expertise.
• Provide engineering guidance and technical judgment throughout characterization.
• Develop formal products per customer requirements.
• Support innovative approaches to solve engineering challenges.
• Brief senior officials on capability trends, findings, and analysis.

Skills

TS/SCI clearance
